We do not offer any exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind for any product listed on mualcaina.com.
Please email hello@mualcaina.com if you receive any damaged or wrong item within 21 business days (3 weeks) since the ship date to adjust any issue you may have. We cannot assist you after 21 business days (3 weeks) or if the item has been used.

Pin Grading System
Pins are all handmade, making each one "one of a kind." Please refer to the descriptions below for more detailed information on how I grade my pins.
Standard Grade
Very little to almost no flaws. From a distance of about 6 inches or less, you likely won't notice anything wrong with the pins. They may have slightly lower filled enamel, small scratches on the metal, etc. but are not very noticeable.
I do not sell "perfect" collector's grade pins. Pins may appear to have very small flaws that naturally occur due to production. However, the flaws may not be noticeable at first glance unless you stare closely.
B Grade (a.k.a. "seconds")
Slight discount due to more visible flaws. May include some noticeable dust particles trapped inside the enamel, lower filled enamel, small nicks in the enamel, scratches on the enamel, or slightly slanted posts. Can be noticed from a distance or if you stare too long.

When I saw this crew neck I HAD to have it! The quality is amazing and fits so well! You can definitely size up for a more oversized fit if you want but I went with my usual size (medium) and it fits great! I’m 5’4” 145 lbs with a short torso lol. Worth every penny!!
The crewneck was soft and fit very well . The design is very cute I had to get the bread one for sure. I hope I can buy the others in the future.
Words cannot express how happy I am. I got the brown bread crewneck (size L) and it fits me (5’8) perfectly! The product is great quality, very soft and durable, and the embroidery is high quality as well. Not only is the product itself amazing, but it is clear that Maci puts a lot of love and care into every order! When I went to order, I had put a little note asking if they could draw a pancake stingray, not expecting anything from it. But when I got my package, they actually drew a little sea pancake on the envelope and included a free sticker! I am overjoyed, best customer experience I’ve ever had, EVERYONE SHOULD SUPPORT AND BUY FROM MUALCAINA!!!
