LOST PACKAGES / ORDERS

If your package has not arrived after a month (domestic) to 3 months (international) from the day your order was shipped, please message me so I can help!

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Please contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS. Before you purchase, make sure your address is correctly filled out.

We cannot make any adjustments to any orders after they have been marked shipped. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. You are responsible for any mistakes.
