Pins

Are all of your pins standard grade?

Yes, unless the listing specifies there are B grade / seconds pins, they are standard grade. More info on how I grade my pins here.

I received a pin with imperfections (spots, overfill, underfill, scratches, etc.) what should I do?

While I try to send the best quality pins possible, please be aware enamel pins are handmade and may contain minor imperfections. If you feel the issue is major, please send a photo of the flawed pin to hello@mualcaina.com and I would be more than happy to help resolve the issue.

Stickers

Are these stickers waterproof?

Yes, these stickers are waterproof, weatherproof, and scratch resistant. They're perfect for your water bottle, laptop, car, snowboard, and more!

Do these stickers leave residue?

Depending on how soon you remove your sticker, it may leave some residue. The residue can be removed using products such as Goo Be Gone, though it is not always necessary. 

What if your stickers are out of stock?

In the case that a sticker is out of stock, if it will be restocked, it will be available for pre-order and will often ship out within 14-21 days.

Do you offer custom stickers?

We don't offer commissions, custom art, or custom printing.

Do you offer wholesale?

We don't offer wholesale at the moment, but if you would like to work with us in the future, please email us at hello@mualcaina.com.

Returns, Cancellations, & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, unless you do not receive your order within 21 days (US domestic) or 40 days (international). In that case, please contact hello@mualcaina.com and we may issue you a replacement. We will only issue (1) replacement, and if it does not reach its destination, unfortunately, we cannot send another replacement.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

We accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I get a price adjustment if I purchased before a sale?

We cannot offer price adjustments for any items that go on sale at a later date. If you would like to be in the loop on upcoming sales, please subscribe to our newsletter.
