We use USPS for all shipments (domestic and International) and you will receive an automated email with tracking info when your order is shipped. For ita bag orders, we will ship via UPS.

We do not offer any exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind for any product listed on mualcaina.com.
Please email hello@mualcaina.com if you receive any damaged or wrong item within 21 business days (3 weeks) since the ship date to adjust any issue you may have. We cannot assist you after 21 business days (3 weeks) or if the item has been used.

Pin Grading System
Pins are all handmade, making each one "one of a kind." Please refer to the descriptions below for more detailed information on how I grade my pins.
Standard Grade
Very little to almost no flaws. From a distance of about 6 inches or less, you likely won't notice anything wrong with the pins. They may have slightly lower filled enamel, small scratches on the metal, etc. but are not very noticeable.
I do not sell "perfect" collector's grade pins. Pins may appear to have very small flaws that naturally occur due to production. However, the flaws may not be noticeable at first glance unless you stare closely.
B Grade (a.k.a. "seconds")
Slight discount due to more visible flaws. May include some noticeable dust particles trapped inside the enamel, lower filled enamel, small nicks in the enamel, scratches on the enamel, or slightly slanted posts. Can be noticed from a distance or if you stare too long.

I’m new to enamel pin collecting. But I love anime so much (especially jjk), so l’ve been eyeing these pins for a while. I saved up to ordered them, and I squealed when I received them and opened them. I display these everywhere! My backpack, jackets, lanyard, and pin board. I’ve also never received so many compliments! I’ve recently just saved up to buy the ita bag so I can’t wait to display them all there!
I hope I can one day go to California to go to her events and meet her in person :D

I absolutely love these pins! Purchased the Salmon Roe pin and a few other items for a friend who is a big fan as a gift and they all arrived ahead of schedule even during the busy holiday season. They were beautifully wrapped as well! Maci is such a wonderful seller and creates such beautiful designs. I can't wait to order more from this shop!!!
(I already posted this same review on the fox friends pins but wanted to leave a review here as well since I also got two of these pins) I received my pins so quickly after I ordered them! I also had a great experience with Maci when I was trying to order my pins and stickers. I was trying to get the deal from the Black Friday/Holiday sale and didn't realize I was a day or two late. She was super sweet and sent me a code so I could still get the deal! I ordered for myself and as a gift and love everything I received. Great quality and customer service :)
